By accessing and using the yes9 platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not continue to use the platform.

yes9 is an online betting platform designed for players in Myanmar. Services offered include slots, live casino, football, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, 2D/3D lottery, and other games.

yes9 reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice. All updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Age Restriction

Players must be 21+ to use the yes9 platform. Account registration, deposits, and play by anyone under 21 are strictly prohibited. If this requirement is violated, yes9 has the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

1.2 Location Requirements

Players are personally responsible for ensuring that online betting is legally permitted in their location. yes9 accepts no responsibility for any legal matters relating to individual players.

1.3 One Person — One Account

Each player may only open one account at yes9. Please be aware that if a second account is opened by the same person by any means, yes9 reserves the right to close one or all of those accounts.

2.1 Accurate Information

When registering, players must provide their real name, date of birth, and contact details accurately. Accounts opened with false information may be closed and any wallet balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Password Security

Players are responsible for keeping their own login credentials (ID and password) secure. yes9 is not liable for any losses caused by third parties. Do not share your account with anyone unless you are certain it is safe to do so.

2.3 Grounds for Account Closure

• When false information provided during registration is proven
• When the use of unfair methods (Collusion, Cheating, Bot) is detected during gameplay
• When activity suspected of Money Laundering is detected
• When these terms and conditions are clearly violated

3.1 Deposit System

Accepted payment methods at yes9 are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposits must be made using funds that belong to the player; payments from third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes of the request being submitted. Please note that withdrawals are only made via the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Financial Verification

yes9 reserves the right to place payments on hold pending verification. yes9 may also request KYC (Know Your Customer) information from the player, and if that information cannot be provided, the withdrawal may be suspended.

3.4 Right to Refuse

yes9 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal in the following cases:

• When the player requests a withdrawal without having met the Wagering Requirement tied to a bonus
• When there is reasonable suspicion that the account has been compromised or used in an unfair manner
• When the required KYC documents cannot be provided in full

4.1 Welcome Bonus

yes9 offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit (up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks).

Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, bringing your account balance to 50,000 Ks. The 30,000 Ks bonus requires a 10x wagering requirement (300,000 Ks) before a withdrawal can be made.

Another example — Deposit 140,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks only (maximum cap applies), bringing your account balance to 240,000 Ks. The 100,000 Ks bonus × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks in wagers must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be subject to a time limit set by yes9, within which it must be used from the date it is received
• Each account may receive a bonus once only; opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited
• Winnings earned while playing with a bonus will only become real money once the wagering requirement has been met
• yes9 may modify, suspend or cancel bonus promotions with prior notice

4.3 VIP Tier Program

The yes9 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week

As a player's activity grows, they will advance to higher VIP tiers.

5.1 Prohibited Unfair Practices

All forms of cheating, software exploiting, colluding with others to win games, or using Bots and Macro tools are strictly prohibited on the yes9 platform.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

If yes9 determines that a player has deposited and immediately withdrawn funds to claim a bonus, claimed bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts, or otherwise attempted to exploit the bonus system, yes9 reserves the right to close that player's account.

5.3 Game Result Fairness

yes9 guarantees that all games available on the platform operate in a fully technically fair manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used, meaning no player can predetermine the outcome of any game.

yes9 puts the health and financial safety of players first. Only play with money you can afford to lose — gambling is not a way to earn income.

• Players must set their own limits on playing time and money spent
• If you feel you are becoming dependent on gambling, please seek help from a professional
• Players can contact yes9 customer service to temporarily close their own account.
• yes9 monitors players' playing patterns regularly and has the right to intervene.

yes9's total liability for any loss, damage, or failure arising from use of the yes9 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days before the incident occurred.

• Losses caused by unforeseeable technical failures
• Losses caused by a player's failure to secure their own account login credentials
• Delays caused by third-party services (banks / money transfers)

yes9 takes no responsibility for the above.

9.1 Contact for Resolution

If any financial or game-related dispute arises, the player must first contact yes9 via 24/7 Live Chat or [email protected] to resolve the matter.

9.2 Claim Period

Claims will only be processed if formally submitted to yes9 within 30 days of the date the loss or issue occurred. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.

9.3 Language & Interpretation

These terms and conditions are written to be read and understood in Burmese. In the event of any translation or interpretation discrepancy, the Burmese version shall be considered the official version.

yes9 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, services, and promotions at any time. Players who continue to use the platform are considered to have accepted those amendments.
